Family Church Picnic

This was such a fun day! The kids did an egg toss, sack race, relay race and on top of that they had these really cool vendors come with all sorts of fun. Even Charlie climbed the rock wall, or as he calls it, the mountain. Cooper won the egg toss, even though it looks like he didn't, with the egg all over him! Daddy was his partner, of course. Ava did this high jump with ropes. She got right on up there and then stared doing backflips. Two in a row. My crazy, brave, little girl!!! We literally closed the place down. Our backyard neighbor can't stop talking about it. Of course, I was his partner in the egg toss and it broke on him. I kinda think he wants pay back. Yes, this week we are having our own egg toss. A little egg never hurt anyone!!!

our last christmas, little did we know!! we miss you-you are always in our thoughts. We sold his house, it was as if we had to say goodbye again. Nothing but fond memories. Movie night, hide and go seek, fishing, the beach, pool table, weight room, ice cream, bagels, peach diet iced tea, laughing...simply you. Miss you more than you will ever know. It feels as if it was just yesterday, thank God you are "free". "With your final heartbeat, kiss the world goodbye, go in peace and laugh on Glory's side. And fly to Jesus, fly to Jesus, fly to Jesus and LIVE....." .
