The Love Hut

This is our version of a valentine, love coupons, love letter holder. The "Love Hut"! You can put in the hut all the love you want to share or receive. What you need to do:

1. Get lots of popsicle sticks and a hot glue gun. Find a base to build on. We used the top of a shoe box.
2. The base of the hut is the popsicle sticks glued down side by side to the shape you want.
3. The walls of the hut are made by stacking the sticks on top of each other. Sorta like a log cabin. On the back side we made the wall by glueing the sticks side by side. Either way will work!!! Hot, glue gun is like magic.
4. The roof is the same as the floor. Glue the sticks side by side. We made a front porch. Bring out the sticks on top and anchor with the sticks acting as columns.
5. The best part is decorating. We used pom poms and a red pipe cleaner for the big heart. The sky is the limit. Stick love notes in the hut to complete this craft.

Have fun with your own love hut!! Try it. The kids will have a ball.

our last christmas, little did we know!! we miss you-you are always in our thoughts. We sold his house, it was as if we had to say goodbye again. Nothing but fond memories. Movie night, hide and go seek, fishing, the beach, pool table, weight room, ice cream, bagels, peach diet iced tea, laughing...simply you. Miss you more than you will ever know.
