Taste Buds

This morning I was talking with Ava about her senses. Bobbi reminded me about our tasting activity that I used to do with her (you know when I only had 1 child!). So, we plopped the little ones down, blindfolded them and started bringing all sorts of things for them to smell and taste, all before 8:30 a.m.!!! I think the pasta salad, pineapple and whipped cream back to back was a little disgusting. Yes, that is my hideous robe in the background that I have had since I was 22. If I keep it long enough it will come back in style, if it ever was in style.

our last christmas, little did we know!! we miss you-you are always in our thoughts. We sold his house, it was as if we had to say goodbye again. Nothing but fond memories. Movie night, hide and go seek, fishing, the beach, pool table, weight room, ice cream, bagels, peach diet iced tea, laughing...simply you. Miss you more than you will ever know. It feels as if it was just yesterday, thank God you are "free". "With your final heartbeat, kiss the world goodbye, go in peace and laugh on Glory's side. And fly to Jesus, fly to Jesus, fly to Jesus and LIVE....." .
