Bittersweet

It is kinda like getting a shot. It hurts but it is good for you (All had to get shots this year before school). Lots of smiling band-aids.

Our little girls have left us. It was very, very hard (that is all I will say)….but we survived, we did it and we continue to PRAY hard for these two sweet babies. This is how little the newborn was when she came to us.

This is her when she left us. Wow, she is beautiful and such a sweet baby. We certainly fattened her up.

And our toddler. What a spark of energy and what a LOVE. We had so much fun with these girls.

The Bible has many Truths in it for us to claim. We are certainly claiming that God will go with these little girls and be their protector. That He will defend them - Psalm 82:3. What great things the Lord has revealed to us during our time with these babies. He is an amazing God and we feel so blessed and privileged to have had these girls in our home. They will GREATLY be missed.

our last christmas, little did we know!! we miss you-you are always in our thoughts. We sold his house, it was as if we had to say goodbye again. Nothing but fond memories. Movie night, hide and go seek, fishing, the beach, pool table, weight room, ice cream, bagels, peach diet iced tea, laughing...simply you. Miss you more than you will ever know. It feels as if it was just yesterday, thank God you are "free". "With your final heartbeat, kiss the world goodbye, go in peace and laugh on Glory's side. And fly to Jesus, fly to Jesus, fly to Jesus and LIVE....." .
