Old Experiment but fun…..

This is what our science experiments have become…..

Mentos with diet coke (on Easter)…..I know, I know, such an old experiment but it still is so fun! and I bought the off brand of diet coke. If we had the real thing the blast would have been even bigger. Next time it is the real soda, more mentos (we used 4). That should be real good :)

That's it! Lasted for like 3 seconds and it's over, then we clap. Now I guess for the science part (since my father in law was with us) he wants to know the "why" it happened. What caused the reaction???? So, that will be our "study" this week. Then we will move on to more mentos…..

our last christmas, little did we know!! we miss you-you are always in our thoughts. We sold his house, it was as if we had to say goodbye again. Nothing but fond memories. Movie night, hide and go seek, fishing, the beach, pool table, weight room, ice cream, bagels, peach diet iced tea, laughing...simply you. Miss you more than you will ever know. It feels as if it was just yesterday, thank God you are "free". "With your final heartbeat, kiss the world goodbye, go in peace and laugh on Glory's side. And fly to Jesus, fly to Jesus, fly to Jesus and LIVE....." .
