Friday Night

I think Cooper is arching his back like a real cowboy.
I could just eat Charlie.
Ava looks like she wanted to kick the sides of the horse and just take off.

I am not kidding, Bobby was just tickled with himself that he made the pig fall over.

This was our Friday night. We were invited to the Saddle Riding Club to ride horses. The Children's Dept. at our church hosted a dinner for all the volunteers/teachers. Super fun. The "backyard" to this place was like being in another state. Like on a real farm. Chickens, goats, horse stalls, a cute, fat pig, roosters. Just everything. I am not used to seeing roosters in the trees. I was standing directly underneath them looking up. Come to think about it, that wasn't such a smart idea. Bobby made us all go over and see the pig (HUGE pig). He told me he hasn't lost his touch. He was just delighted that he could scratch the pig's belly and it would plop down. It was sorta funny. Pretty sure you know we had a pig for 5 years named , Ruby. Yes, indoor. Best pet, ever. Only bad thing is that you can not introduce new babies to pigs, they DO NOT like change. Ruby hated Bobbi Marie. Like tried to snort her off the bed! So, it was the pig or newborn. We chose the baby :) We still tease Bobbi Marie that it was a real hard decision. Besides that, we would love to have another pig. Super sweet and oh so funny. Anyways, Ava and Charlie stood in line just about the whole night to ride the horses. They loved it. It is so fun to do something so different and be around other families from church. Great night!
