Blue Jeans and Black Tie

O.k., how do I explain all this? We went to an amazing fund raiser for a single family home ministry that my father helped get started years ago. They honored him in such a beautiful way and it was just wonderful to be a part of this evening. They had a silent auction to help raise money for this ministry, great silent auction! Bobby's bid ended up winning this great pink mo-ped, to be honest, I do not even know what they call this. It is quite cool and yes, it is pink and he feels very confident driving it! Along with a silent auction they had every table play Monopoly. Very fun evening. Best part being all the money raised for a great cause.

our last christmas, little did we know!! we miss you-you are always in our thoughts. We sold his house, it was as if we had to say goodbye again. Nothing but fond memories. Movie night, hide and go seek, fishing, the beach, pool table, weight room, ice cream, bagels, peach diet iced tea, laughing...simply you. Miss you more than you will ever know. It feels as if it was just yesterday, thank God you are "free". "With your final heartbeat, kiss the world goodbye, go in peace and laugh on Glory's side. And fly to Jesus, fly to Jesus, fly to Jesus and LIVE....." .
