Bean Bags, Tatoos and Hot Rods! (some combo)

Our first, real sewing project.

Superman tatoos are everywhere.

Hot rod, named Brum, is cool.

Charlie brings the most smoke.

The starting point.

Well, this is a post that is a combo of many things. Bobby surprised the kids, and me, with this little quad. It is gas powered so it does have speed. We have made this little course in our backyard. Those of you who understand our little "danger stuff" in the backyard know this just completes the package. By the way we named the hot rod, Brum. Brum used to be Cooper's favorite show when he was 2. It was an English show about a blue car. I think Cooper might have been the only one watching it at 6 a.m. Brum would capture donut robbers and stuff like that. The superman tattoos are noted just in case you see Charlie he will zap you with his tattoo that says woosh! (on his upper right arm). The zing on his stomach is for power. And our biggest accomplishment are the bean bags. I have zero talent when it comes to fine motor homec kinda stuff. I bought a sewing machine and am determined to teach myself to sew, and my girls. We started off with a bean bag tutorial from Crafty Crow. It was super easy and rewarding. Charlie loves to play hot potato with it. I would highly recommend this sewing machine to anyone beginning to sew that is a little nervous about it. It is the Singer Curvy machine. That's it for now. If we surprise you with a little bean bag it was made with lots of love and if we have new injuries you know it will be from Brum!!!!

our last christmas, little did we know!! we miss you-you are always in our thoughts. We sold his house, it was as if we had to say goodbye again. Nothing but fond memories. Movie night, hide and go seek, fishing, the beach, pool table, weight room, ice cream, bagels, peach diet iced tea, laughing...simply you. Miss you more than you will ever know. It feels as if it was just yesterday, thank God you are "free". "With your final heartbeat, kiss the world goodbye, go in peace and laugh on Glory's side.
