Another Thanksgiving....

How I miss you. I'm thankful for knowing you. For teaching me how to love, how to put others before yourself. You lived by example. Your actions spoke louder than words. Your quiet, simple ways about life, friendship, faith stay with me. I pray to pass these ways on to my children. Show my love to those who are invisible to others, the ones who stand at the back of the room. Help me to be Christ like. Thank you Lord for my Dad. I miss him. My earthly father is with my Heavenly father. For this, I am thankful.

our last christmas, little did we know!! we miss you-you are always in our thoughts. We sold his house, it was as if we had to say goodbye again. Nothing but fond memories. Movie night, hide and go seek, fishing, the beach, pool table, weight room, ice cream, bagels, peach diet iced tea, laughing...simply you. Miss you more than you will ever know. It feels as if it was just yesterday, thank God you are "free". "With your final heartbeat, kiss the world goodbye, go in peace and laugh on Glory's side. And fly to Jesus, fly to Jesus, fly to Jesus and LIVE....." .
