The First Cross Country Meet

We are so proud of our Bobbi. She did such an amazing job on her first 5K. She has trained every day, w/ her 35 member team, since school started. It is such a great sport and the kids on the team are so God centered, supportive and fun! There were over 180 kids total at the meet today, 9 local schools participated. She placed in the top 40 out of all. We are so proud of you!!! Of course, she has the best coach ever, her Dad!! Keep up the good work Bobbi. You are using your "run power" for the glory of God. It was so good to see her come around that lake for the last stetch of the race....she finished strong. Love you girl.

our last christmas, little did we know!! we miss you-you are always in our thoughts. We sold his house, it was as if we had to say goodbye again. Nothing but fond memories. Movie night, hide and go seek, fishing, the beach, pool table, weight room, ice cream, bagels, peach diet iced tea, laughing...simply you. Miss you more than you will ever know. It feels as if it was just yesterday, thank God you are "free". "With your final heartbeat, kiss the world goodbye, go in peace and laugh on Glory's side. And fly to Jesus, fly to Jesus, fly to Jesus and LIVE....." .
