The Clouds Rolled In

No, we are not at the beach. Bobby called me outside and within a couple of minutes the sky went from this gorgeous pink, orange to greyish, black. The clouds are really moving, and the sky is amazing. Tonight we discussed the 33" of rain many people are experiencing counties just north of us. We are very thankful our area did not get pounded with rain, yet praying for the people who did.

Sheri said...: We had fun with Fay on Saturday. The ceiling leaked above the bay window and we had to fill the hole where Mr. Peepers made. It was filling with water next to the foundation...so we had to fill it with dirt as it was raining 3 inches per hour. Besides that...Fay was a blast! haha!

Just a side note...we are so excited that Michelle Obama is speaking tonight. We were going to watch Drillbit Taylor tonight, but not now...we will all cuddle up as a family, watch the DNC convention, and clap and cheer for Michelle!

our last christmas, little did we know!! we miss you-you are always in our thoughts. We sold his house, it was as if we had to say goodbye again. Nothing but fond memories. Movie night, hide and go seek, fishing, the beach, pool table, weight room, ice cream, bagels, peach diet iced tea, laughing...simply you. Miss you more than you will ever know. It feels as if it was just yesterday, thank God you are "free". "With your final heartbeat, kiss the world goodbye, go in peace and laugh on Glory's side.
