Thrift Store finds.....

We hit the jackpot yesturday at the thrift store for the kids (our kind of jackpot). We already started thinking about Halloween outfits for this year. Long story short, Bobbi wants to be a cowgirl so we headed off for the thrift store. We found the best, authentic hat ever!! We have already made ourselves giggle with all the "country talk" and the tipping of our hat, with a little "howdy, m'aam". Anyways, Ava got a couple new skirts, so cute, and a beautiful, smocked dress. We finally found our computer chair for a whole $14.00. And the boys got airplanes that have entertained them all last night and all this morning. Finding deals are wonderful!!! By the way, Mondays are half off clothes!!! I had to play a little Patsy Cline song. I grew up with this music (one of my Dad's favorites). And now my kids sing it. That hat brings out that kind of music in me!!....

our last christmas, little did we know!! we miss you-you are always in our thoughts. We sold his house, it was as if we had to say goodbye again. Nothing but fond memories. Movie night, hide and go seek, fishing, the beach, pool table, weight room, ice cream, bagels, peach diet iced tea, laughing...simply you. Miss you more than you will ever know. It feels as if it was just yesterday, thank God you are "free". "With your final heartbeat, kiss the world goodbye, go in peace and laugh on Glory's side.
