I love this place. I really love this place in the fall. The old houses, historic church, one room schoolhouse are all amazing. It is nice to be reminded of how SIMPLE people used to live. Very small homes, very few bedrooms, large front and back porches. The homes were so simple and yet most were occupied by large families. There is hardly anything to "do" there except for play with sticks, ropes, trees, lots of exploring. The real fun stuff that all kids were made to do. Very fun day as the kids got real dirty and wet, which means muddy. Less is more.
