Over the Hill

Over the Hill. Cooper happened to be learning about prepositions that week. A preposition relates 2 things to each other. Just like Daddy is being related to the hill by OVER! Poor guy, we really rubbed it in. I remember being a kid-teenager and thinking turning 40 was SOOO OLD! Now, that my husband is there and I am almost there, it doesn't seem that old, AT ALL!!!! The cross country team threw him a surprise party, his school threw him a surprise party and just him and I went away for the weekend. He turned 40 with a real bang. Happy Birthday!

our last christmas, little did we know!! we miss you-you are always in our thoughts. We sold his house, it was as if we had to say goodbye again. Nothing but fond memories. Movie night, hide and go seek, fishing, the beach, pool table, weight room, ice cream, bagels, peach diet iced tea, laughing...simply you. Miss you more than you will ever know. It feels as if it was just yesterday, thank God you are "free". "With your final heartbeat, kiss the world goodbye, go in peace and laugh on Glory's side. And fly to Jesus, fly to Jesus, fly to Jesus and LIVE....." .
