Afternoon Buddies

I get to spend many afternoons with these three little people. My older two are off every afternoon participating in the sport of the season. I keep telling Ava that this is our last season as my "afternoon buddy". I still remember my last season with Cooper as my "afternoon buddy":(
The buddies that are happy to do anything, partly because of their age. I do love these days. I have to remember to not always be trying to catch up on some work while they are out playing. They love for me to watch them do something, kick a ball, play tag, etc.

our last christmas, little did we know!! we miss you-you are always in our thoughts. We sold his house, it was as if we had to say goodbye again. Nothing but fond memories. Movie night, hide and go seek, fishing, the beach, pool table, weight room, ice cream, bagels, peach diet iced tea, laughing...simply you. Miss you more than you will ever know. It feels as if it was just yesterday, thank God you are "free". "With your final heartbeat, kiss the world goodbye, go in peace and laugh on Glory's side. And fly to Jesus, fly to Jesus, fly to Jesus and LIVE....." .
